1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MaskQ, an anonymous group polling and survey app provided by NeuralNest Solutions (neuralnestsolutions.com) ("NeuralNest Solutions", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using MaskQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What MaskQ is

MaskQ lets a group creator publish choice-based surveys (single-select, multi-select, or 1-5 rating) to one or more groups, and lets members respond anonymously. Results are presented only as aggregates and are never tied to a member's identity. Each member has a per-group masked name. MaskQ is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we will make the terms clear before you incur any charge.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your email address and password, or with a supported Google or Apple sign-in option where available. New email accounts are verified using a code sent to the email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You must be at least 13 to use MaskQ, or meet any higher minimum age or parental-consent requirements that apply where you live.

4. Groups and surveys

• Group creators and admins are responsible for the groups they create, whom they invite, and the surveys they publish.
• Surveys use only choice-based questions. There is no free-text answer field in the anonymous response path.
• You are responsible for the content of groups and survey questions you create, and for having an appropriate basis to invite the people you invite.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MaskQ for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to identify individual responders, de-anonymise responses, or otherwise undermine the anonymity features of the app.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
• Invite people to a group without an appropriate reason, or use the app to send unwanted messages.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these acceptable-use terms.

6. Anonymity features

MaskQ is designed so that responses stay anonymous: results are aggregate-only, members use per-group masked names, and aggregate results are suppressed below a minimum responder threshold. These features are part of how the app works. You agree not to attempt to circumvent them. No system can guarantee absolute anonymity in all circumstances; see our Privacy Policy for how our protections work and their limits.

7. No warranties

MaskQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the app, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any results are accurate, and including any warranty of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralNest Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use MaskQ. We do not cap this liability at a fixed amount; instead, we exclude it to the maximum extent the law allows.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Your content and licence to us

You keep ownership of the group details, survey questions, and other content you submit. You grant NeuralNest Solutions a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you and your groups. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where it must be retained to comply with law.

10. Content complaints and takedown

If you believe content in a group or survey is unlawful or infringes your rights, email us at support@neuralnestsolutions.com with details so we can review it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralNest Solutions from claims arising out of your content, your groups and invitations, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law.

13. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of MaskQ at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using MaskQ and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account).

14. General

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding MaskQ and replace any earlier agreements on the same subject.
• Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, natural events, or actions of third parties.
